Macy’s Culinary Council is teaming up with Heart of Haiti to bring you a seasonal selection of pairings between cocktails and serving trays. I have a wonderful Watermelon Margarita recipe to share with you from Chef Tom Douglas.
My watermelon wasn’t quite ripe yet, so it’s a lighter pink than Tom’s is (he’s the chef anyway, right?!) but it was still yummy!
It looked perfect paired with my bright nesting trays from the Macy’s Heart of Haiti collection, which helps residents of Haiti earn fair wages by partnering them together with Macy’s Department Stores. It’s funny how a poolside margarita can brighten up a cloudy day.
