I got a new phone. An iPhone. It’s pretty amazing. Though, coming from the girl with nothing but Apple products in her house, I might be a little biased.
My Blackberry is going to have a new home soon, and I was taking my pictures off of it today.
It made me sad.
Look at this, and see if you can tell me why:

Well, besides my boys growing up way too fast?
Warm.
No wind. No chills. No cold toes.
We can’t wait for warm weather to come back.
Oh, and Hawaii. I can’t even express how much we want to go back to Hawaii. That vacation spoiled us for life.
It was 79 here today.
Much, much warmer than the rest of the country. I know this.
I don’t know how you do it up there, out there… in the cold.
But warm weather is rightaroundthecorner for us, and we. can’t. wait.
Here we are today, at our local Dairy Queen.
The wind was blowing and we had to sit in the sun to keep the goosebumps away, but for that 15 minutes it was summer again.
We all ordered ice cream cones with sprinkles and joked about eating the first bite of each other’s ice cream.
The first bite (of ice cream, pizza, or popcorn) is the best.
We all feel the same way about that, right?

It’s so great that you share the pictures with us! I always enjoy them. They are so awesome and I feel the exact same way about Hawaii. We have gone twice and are planning another trip to go back…I tease my husband about him not getting me back on the plane for the return trip home!
I’m eager to hear about your I-phone. Do you love it? Is there a big learning curve?

I thank you for your pictures. Funny thing is yesterday it was 50 here and we thought, what a beautiful spring day. Today we were lucky to reach 20 I think. And tomorrow? I know it won’t be Hawaii. It will be NY and maybe even snow. So enjoy that ice cream now while it is still cool enough that it doesn’t melt before you eat it …….
the first bite is definitely the best- especially a cone covered in sprinkles! Loving this taste of summer.

Cute pictures!!! It’s totally starting to feel like summer again, which I’m mixed about haha. I LOVE 80 degrees but not looking forward to the 110′s :( I usually hibernate in the summer and don’t leave the house because I melt lol. But we still have a few more months of great weather until the major heat wave comes, yay!
P.S. How are you liking the iPhone vs. Blackberry? I still have my BB (planning to switch once my upgrade is available) but the hubby switched to a iPhone already. He is starting to miss his BB after using his iPhone for a few weeks. Guess he’s missing BBM, profiles, etc.
