Humor me…

June 23, 2010

So, I’ve been in the spotlight for… 23 days now.

And I have something to ask of you.

After seeing a trailer for this show the other night,

I have to know.

Tell me…

What’s the best thing you have ever eaten?

Ever.

In your life.

Not good.

Not great.

The best.

I would tell you mine, but I don’t have an answer.

Seriously, I have been thinking about it for 2 days now.

I am eyeing the last piece of homemade banana bread on my counter, though, and thinking that some peanut butter might make it the best thing I have ever eaten.

But probably not.

Hmmm…

Ok. Sorry.

Share away.

Great, now I will have to wonder for days, no, the rest of my life, what my favorite food is. And since I can’t pin down my favorite color it’s really a lost cause. But peanut butter on banana bread???? BRILLIANT!!!!! Now I have to head to the store to get bad bananas so I can make bread today……..

We’ve actually watched a couple of episodes lately–did you see Bacon??! OMG …

But I’ll have to get back to you on what my favorite would be. Mmmmm.

This is easy. Does it count that I was pregnant and didn’t know it yet?
I know you don’t like seafood, but it was the scallops at Soleil restaurant….which has closed…on February 16, 2007, our anniversary. As I stated, “These are orgasmic!” They were THAT good.

I always think about this when I watch that show! Maybe the tuna sashimi at Genkai…or the eel sushi at San Shi Go. OR…maybe the chicken enchiladas I just finished, that I wish I had more of. I love food. :\

Sushi.
Really. Good. Sushi.

I love peanut butter and bananas. So much so that I searched for and found a recipe for “peanut butter banana bread.” Boy was I excited! But, it was actually disappointing. I’ll stick with a PB&B sandwich any day…

I think you’re question is an impossible one to answer; who could possibly narrow it down to just one thing?! I’m cheating and coming up with a best for each season. Deal. ;)

Winter: Baked ziti with salad and garlic bread
Spring: Strawberry anything (pie, lemonade, homemade ice cream)
Summer: Grilled chicken with mustard potato salad (homemade of course)
Fall: Iced pumpkin cookies.

Whatever you or your father decide to make for me – because you certainly did NOT get your cooking abilities from my side of the family.

Hmmm. That’s hard to say. We eat so well all of the time. I’m not saying that to brag. It’s just the simple truth. For example, I made Chocolate Lava Cakes w/ Sugared Raspberries for Tim’s birthday. He said, “I would say that this is OUTSTANDING, but it’s really not…since we eat like this ever day.” ;)
