Where’s Mom? (34 of 52)

May 27, 2010

This week Mom has been busy helping Michael with his end of the year project.

He had to make a board game for a book report.

Any guesses on his book?

Diary of A Wimpy Kid… along with 10 other kids in his class!

I guess it’s pretty popular.

I thought that I’d throw a couple more pictures in here, just for fun.

Here in our neck of the woods, it’s the last day of school.

Six long weeks off starting tomorrow!

Here’s the first day of school:

And… 10 haircuts, 3 pairs of sneakers, 2 lunchboxes, and one backback later…

I have a 5th grader and a kindergartner!

Hold me…

These years fly by so quickly. Your boys are gorgeous and look as eager for summer as you are. As for Diary of a Wimpy Kid, we’ve read them all, but my boy says the kids cast for the movie doesn’t match his imagination. We’ll see!

Why didn’t you take that tarantula off of Jack’s arm? If he gets bit he will get very sick you know. Do I have to keep reminding you of the dangers of those creatures you have out there? Or maybe they should just come live with Gramma Teetsie and I will take care of them. YUP, that’s the answer.
Can’t believe it – 5th grade and Kindergarten. Gramma is getting mighty old. Hope they have a SAFE, FUN-FILLED, DRIVE YOUR MOTHER AND FATHER CRAZY, kind of summer.

I believe there’s something in your water! They have grown so much this year. Of course, they are still adorable. I was lucky, when my kids were little, they didn’t have end of the year projects…I’m very thankful for that! The only things kids are thinking of is what they will do with their summer. I can’t imagine keeping them on task. Good job, MOM!

Gary loves the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books. His next set of books is going to be 39 clues. Your boys have changed a lot this year! Hopefully, they won’t change too much over summer. :( Would you like to jump into the magic hole with me?

Tarantula? Are you saving that story for another post? Look at how much they’ve grown in a year. I’m holding your hand but promise to hold mine.

Great photos! I love looking back at how much the kids have changed since the beginning of the year. I did something similar in two different posts on my blog, too! Have a safe weekend.

I’ll have a 5th grader, a 3rd grader, a 1at grader and a preschooler. It’s the 5th grade that scares me the most, it’s the preschool I’ll have the hardest time adjusting with. Hugs to you!!!!!
