*Spoil Alert: Two of my dearest friends have little girls between the ages of 3-5. You know who you are. If you don’t want to know what those beautiful little girls are getting from me for Christmas, just go head and skip this post*
Every year, I try to find a special gift to give to several people on my list. Something unique, different, and fun.
Last year, it was the DoodleBook Frame. I bought 6 or 7 of them because they were so cute. I wish I kept one for me.
This year? Look what I found:
and
I came across these a few months ago while strolling through Costco and thought “I have to buy one!” (or two, since I had two little girls in mind)
Then I remembered that I would have to ship them. One needs to go halfway across the country and one needs to go clear across the country. So, I decided that it might be easier to find them online and have them shipped.
I’m glad that I waited!
The cottage playhouse just went on sale.
The reviews for the cottage were awesome. Moms talked about the easy storage and how it kept the kids busy and quiet (!!!) for long stretches of time.
There were no reviews posted for the castle, but I would assume that they would be similar.
I think I’ll be writing a review right after Christmas, because I have a feeling that the castle might be under the tree for our budding artist, Jack.

I’m done with my Christmas shopping, but these are so cute! I bet my girls would love them, and it just so happens we’ve got January and February birthdays coming up, too. hmmmm…
Becca,
I saw this too.. So cute. To bad the don’t make a more boy-ish one.
No pedi yet… Hoping for a gift one from Santa :)
I’m listening to the Wally Lamb book and I was way into it but now it’s on the part where he’s gone home for his Aunt who had a stroke and it’s him telling it from a past perspective. He’s kinda losing me there. All about his dad and meeting in the corn field.
I don’t get it wet with regular water but I did for a while do that and then add conditioner to it and it helped… kinda… or it was all in my head. I’m stooping to try the V05 Hot oil treatments… We shall see.

Boo had one of these, and LOVED it. She colored it in one weekend and played in it for months.
One of the older girls (can’t remember which) got that for some occasion. A long time ago. I remember that it was a hit. Clearly I can’t remember much else though. Great pick!
